The Londoners ---> Tenerife '03 !

Little Introduction

Hola...!

Finally, after about 15 hours sleep a day, and eventually getting over SARS I have plucked up the energy to write about our wicked holiday!

So here goes:

I think first I should apologise to everyone we distressed, it wasn't intentional but these things happen when you get drunk, or even when you're sober.

Sorry to Quarn (or Juan) the security guard for being noisy, throwing water over you, being rude to you (you probably didn't have a clue what we were saying!) but you deserved it.

Sorry to the manager for wrecking the rooms, smashing the vase, breaking the bed, getting blood and mud all over the bed stuff and the floor, breaking a couple of chairs, breaking the window and the door bell, the lamp shade and the light, smashing the fire extinguishers, denting the wall and the ceiling, burning the table, spraying shaving foam everywhere, and writing our names over the mirror and the wardrobe, smashing the cups and glasses, leaving the cutlery in a state for the next people, leaving lots of dead cockroaches in the apartments, causing the electricity to go off for the whole apartment for an entire night, having loud parties with lots of mess and generally causing chaos. Ah! I think I know why we didn't get our deposit back now…

Sorry to all the neighbours who we kept awake till the early hours, sorry to the Scousers for Sam abusing you, sorry to the blokes who got the blame and fine for the fire extinguisher (ha ha €300) Sorry to girls at 119 who we put chips, shaving foam, toothpaste, a bag of sick and curry in your clothes. Sorry to the people we threw bottles at, sorry to the police for Sam, (well done for beating him up, next time try and put him in hospital! lol only joking!) and sorry to anyone else Sam troubled, and anyone I have forgotten.

Right that's the sorries out of the way, so lets get down to the nitty gritty…

The apartment wasn't much; we weren't expecting much though really for £350. It had cockroaches (not many after Ismayil got the Lynx and a lighter to them) gnats and mosquitoes (sp.) that eat you all night if you leave the door open, and there is also a burglar who dresses up as a security guard and comes in if you're asleep, and raids your apartment! The last night he did about 8 rooms took about 5 phones, lots of jewelry and something like €600! Son of a &!?@#!

Apart from getting burgled and wrecking the place we did have a good time, surprisingly! We met some really nice people…

The Welsh blokes upstairs were ok, until Sam started singing patriotic English songs to them, along with the national anthem, that annoyed them a little, so they threw chips at us. They were only there a couple of days from when we got there.

The girls next door were also very nice, and they enjoyed a party with us every night. There was: Danielle, Suzanne, Tracey, Kerry, 2 Gemmas, Vicky, and Suzie. There is a photo of them in the photo section.

The 118 girls were also very nice, (but were quite quiet) aptly named the 118 girls as their apartment number was 118 (how cool!)

The girls from Dartford were also very nice! We only met them for a few days, but we're going drinking with them soon!

The reps were both cool too! Baby and Yorkie!

The only Lads we met out there that we didn't nearly get in a fight with were the Brummies. That's because they were always stoned!

The welsh blokes were nobs, the Scousers were all twats (how we didn't get in a fight with them I don't know!!!) and a few others who are too insignificant to mention! (And I can't remember)

So, did we do anything else other than cause loads of trouble, meet lots of girls and get drunk every night!? No, that's about all we did!

They gave us cough sweets when we got off the plane, none of us knew why, until a few days later, when we all had coughs and were ill. So if you're going on holiday take loads of illness remedies...

Good places to go, well basically everywhere. Snappy's sold good cheap food, the chinese shops did all you can eat for 5.50 Euros, anout £3.50! And there are Burger Kings, Pizza Hut, McDonalds and all the usuals... The Bars were good too! Linikers, RAGS, Tramps, Bobbies and Buzbies to name a few. Drinks were fairly expensive, about 5 Euros a bottle, but many places did offers, like 2 drinks for 1 etc... But most nights we went to the Off licence type thingy place bought 12 cans each, for 40 Cents a can! and loads of bottles of San Miguel, Vodka etc get drunk at the apartment then go out!
